These terms cover your use of the EvoMax store. By shopping here, you agree to them.

Orders

Prices are in USD. We may refuse or cancel an order if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or looks fraudulent. Apparel is printed to order, so stock and timing can change.

Payment

You agree to provide current payment and shipping details. Payments are processed by Shopify. You must be old enough to make a purchase in your area.

Shipping and returns

Delivery times are on our Shipping page. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, see our Refunds policy.

Use of the store

Shop for personal use. Don’t misuse the site, attempt fraud, or copy our designs for resale.

Intellectual property

The EvoMax name, marks, graphics, and product designs belong to EvoMax. You may not use them without permission.

Liability

The store is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, EvoMax is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. For a claim related to an order, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
